Dansmed Wellness is a holistic mind–body wellness organization that uses movement, mindfulness, and creative emotional expression to support deep mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing. We design experiences that help people release tension, find inner balance, and reconnect with a more grounded, peaceful, and fully alive version of themselves.

ABOUT SAM
Samuel Arowojolu is a certified trauma healing coach, contemporary dance therapist, wellness facilitator, and mental health advocate. He is the Lead Dance Therapist at Dansmed Wellness, where he uses movement, music, and mindful expression to support deep emotional, physical, and mental wellbeing. With over a decade of experience in the dance space and extensive training in dance therapy, Sam has impacted over 3,000 individuals through transformative wellness sessions. His work is rooted in creating environments where people feel safe, seen, and whole again.
